Ms. Esther Mwendwa

Esther Mwendwa is the current Managing Director and Founder of Delvis Xclusive, a clothing and accessories store.

Esther is not only an entrepreneur, but is also an outstanding public relations specialist with expertise in strategic communication and analysis.

She is passionate about empowerment and is determined to help transform the lives of women in the society.


Ms. Phyllis Wangwe

Phyllis Wangwe is the Founder and lead consultant at Pens Global Services and Centre for Economic Empowerment and Development (CEED).

She sits on several Boards: is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, (London & Kenya), Kenya National Chamber of Commerce, Law Society of Kenya, East African Law Society, FIDA, KEPSA, through KAWBO and Women on Boards Network.

She has executed innumerable corporate plans culminating to great and profitable businesses and is passionate about empowerment, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. With sound trans-national banking experience, ten years proven success and well resolved disputes, she carefully balances knowledge, innovation and tact in work.

A tenet that sees her effectively manage business relationships and adhere to stringent ethical standards.


Ms. Caroline Murwayi

Caroline Murwayi is a seasoned project manager and an entrepreneur venturing in construction, poultry, coffee farming and exportation.

She has developed and implemented successful strategies and is known for conducting successful risk assessment for projects. She is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and Kenya Association of Women Business Owners (KAWBO).

She is passionate about community service and with profound negotiation skills and a desire to alleviate the suffering of the disadvantaged across the world, Caroline empowers the youth and young mothers to help them establish sustainable livelihoods for themselves.

She is subtle and a sought after motivational speaker and believes that β€œthe purpose of life is not just to be happy. It is to be useful, honorable, compassionate, and to have it make some difference.”


Ms. Lynkie Kangethe

Lynkie Kangethe is a renowned Kenyan Entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Lynkie Events Limited.

She is the Dean of students at Business Incubation Africa and has served as president in the international organization.

She is part of Business Networking International (BNI) and was appointed in the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the Women in Business to represent International Trade Linkages.

Aside from that, she enjoys building brands which are aligned to a greater purpose and is passionate about education and entrepreneurship development especially with the youth.

Lynkie firmly believes in excellence and she would like to use her work to enable people experience it as it ought to be.
